Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at mvmntco.est25@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty items. We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Motion Collection (In-Stock Items)
We accept exchanges for sizing on Motion Collection items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• Item is unworn
• Tags attached
• In original condition
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
